Patrick Krief is a Canadian musician and singer-songwriter. Krief was a guitarist in The Dears from 2001 - 2008.
In 2004 he appeared on MTV Canada's Project Moose Catch. In 2007 he released his debut solo EP Take It Or Leave, which was produced by former Dears bandmate Murray Lightburn. He toured internationally, including in Mexico, to promote the EP and his new solo career. He also released a CD in 2006 with his old band Lesley Lane and long time friend, drummer Billy Anthopoulis. bIn addition to being a musician, Krief is also a producer, and has worked on albums for bands such as theWANDAS's New Wave Blues album. Krief currently resides in Montreal.
